연방정부 기술 이민 과 투자 이민 관련한 새로운 이민법이 몇일전에 개정 되었습니다.
변경된 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
1. 연방 정부 기술 이민
1) 기존의 Category 3로 분류가 되었었던 '캐나다에서 합법적으로 1년간 거주 했던 사람'이 이제는 연방정부 기술 이민으로 신청할 자격이 없습니다. 이점 염두해 두시고 이민 신청 준비에 차질이 없으시길 바랍니다. 단, 기존에 Category 3으로 신청했던 사람은 무관하오니 이점 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다.
2) 38개 업종에서 29개 업종으로 변경

3) 영어 공인 시험 무조건 제출
2. 연방 정부 투자 이민
- 투자금액 상향 조정 : 기존 80만불 자산 증명에 40만 투자 금액이었던 것이 160만불 자산증명에 80만불 투자 금액으로 2배 인상이 되었습니다. 기술 이민과 마찬가지로 이미 이민 신청을 하신 분들은 이민법 변경전으로 처리가 되오니 걱정 하지 않으셔도 됩니다. (퀘백주 순수투자 이민은 예전대로 진행 되오니 순수투자를 고려 하시는 분은 퀘백주 순수투자를 한번 생각해 보시면 좋을 듯 싶습니다.)
